Dues

The 2024 assessment rate for a regular lot is $829.38 payable semiannually. Payments are due January 31st and July 31. Pipestem properties have a supplemental assessment. 
 
You have two options for payment:

We live in a wonderful, unique neighborhood with a great community of people. The Waterford View Home Owners Association is a voluntary group formed to benefit all of us with community activities, distribution of information and beautiful grounds.To ensure the success of our continued efforts we need your help. Your annual membership dues enable the Association to:
  • professionally landscape the front entrances,
  • maintain the retaining walls, fencing, lawn and landscape areas along Milltown Road,
  • provide trash collection services,
  • improve and maintain pipestem roads (including snow and ice removal),
  • maintain Waterford View’s website and membership directory,
  • keep you informed of safety issues and other important Waterford View information,
  • and many more community-building efforts!
